Even if you are not a fan of Valentine’s Day, you can not, and there is no reason, to resist these wonderful chocolate cupcakes with fluffy chocolate buttercream.
Over the years I realized that we are not a few who are not excited about Valentine’s Day. However, what excited me from a young age and continues to excite me even today are cupcakes. So as the Valentines day invites us to celebrate with chocolates and hearts the choice was one. Easy chocolate cupcakes with fluffy chocolate buttercream. I think there are many who will agree with me.
If you want to enjoy these wonderful chocolate cupcakes with the fluffy chocolate buttercream then you need to get a few things. For a start you should get this magic bag from the Easy Bake series created by Agios Georgios Mills. All you have to do is add some water, seed oil and an egg.
While for the buttercream we will need butter, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, a little milk and vanilla extract. If you do not have vanilla extract, then you can use vanillin.
WHY TO CHOOSE A READY MIXTURE?
For about a year now, I have been using the ready-made mixtures of the Easy Bake series from Agios Georgios Mills very often. Also about a year ago I got a new role, that of mom. How are these two combined? Before I even became a mother, what I was looking for in my kitchen was quality. But now I’m looking for something more. Easy to make, enjoyable and quality options. And I will insist a little more on the quality as the mixtures of this series really stand out for their quality as, among other things, they are without palm oil.
So did you see that motherhood is combined with Easy Bake mixtures? And in fact in the most delicious way!
Chocolate cupcakes with fluffy chocolate buttercream
- 500 gr Easy Bake Choco Muffins mixture
- 150 gr water (⅔ cup)
- 150 gr seed oil (⅔ cup)
- 1 egg
- 230 gr unsalted butter, room temperature (1 cup)
- 400 gr powdered sugar (3 cups)
- 60 gr cacao powder
- 3 tbsp milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- In a bowl, mix the muffin mixture, water, seed oil and egg until smooth.
- Add the mixture into a muffin pan and fill them by 3/4.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 17 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool before adding the frosting.
- Add the ingredients for the buttercream to the bowl of the mixer.
- Beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes until the ingredients are homogenous and the buttercream is firm.
So this was my recipe for Valentine’s Day. Chocolate cupcakes with fluffy chocolate buttercream. Easy, fast, delicious and most importantly? It does not have to be Valentine’s Day to bake them.
