Easy savory cake with 5-grain Farin ap flour. A very easy recipe for a great cake, without a mixer. Ready in less than an hour. Ideal for a snack at school or the office, but also to accompany an afternoon glass of wine.

Autumn for me is my second favorite season. The first always remains spring. However, autumn means coziness, beautiful smells, amazing colors, and lots and lots of baking.
Usually my oven hosts sweet bakes as cakes. But I always wanted to try a savory cake as well. A cake that will utilize the vegetables of the season and why not some cheese. So, having in my hands one of my favorite flours, Farin ap flour with 5 grains from Agios Georgios Mills, I started to set up in my mind the first savory cake that will be hosted at Teti’s flakes.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE RECIPE
As the title of the recipe already testifies, the cake is very easy. And the best; No need for a mixer. You will need a large bowl in which you will slowly add your ingredients. Instead of a mixer, of course, you should have an egg beater. While for baking it you will need a cake pan with a capacity of 6 l.

INGREDIENTS OF THE RECIPE
So if this fall you want to try a quick and easy savory cake, then all you have to do is get the following:
- Farin ap with 5 grains
- eggs
- zucchini, carrot and red pepper
- milk and strained yogurt
- Mozzarella cheese
- extra virgin olive oil
You would have noticed that salt is not included in the above list. And that’s because I wanted my cake to be ideal for little Philip. However, if you want, you can add half a teaspoon of salt.
FARINAP WITH 5 CEREALS
I decided to make this easy savory cake using the new farinap, a new product from Agios Georgios Mills. Farin ap flour with 5 cereals, is whole grain and combines 5 different cereals: common wheat, dinkel, zin (buckwheat), oats and barley. In the beginning the truth is that I was worried about the final result. But the taste is unique, this flour makes any dessert to shine.
