Pork with cabbage and smoked paprika

December 21, 2018

Jump to Recipe Print Recipe

The truth is, that I am not a big fan of cabbage. But cold winter days and this easy recipe made me change my mind. So, let’s cook some pork with cabbage and smoked paprika.

In order to enjoy the most this dish, beyond of good raw materials, what you need is some feta cheese and bread. A lot of bread actually that will perfectly accompany your dish.

This dish is simple and cheap, delicious and tasty, easy to make but it is time-consuming since pork needs its time in order to be properly cooked.

For making pork with cabbage and smoked paprika I used shoulder from pork. Shoulder is the front part connected to the shoulder blade. It is perfect for making stews, roasting and grilling. This pasrt of meat is also used for ground pork.
