Blueberry and lemon pancakes
Please let me serve you a royal breakfast that everyone will enjoy. I am talking of course about the fluffiest pancakes with blueberries and lemon.
Servings: 8 pancakes
- 1 Easy Bake pancakes mixture
- 275 ml water
- ¾ cup blueberries
- lemon zest from 1 lemon
- butter for frying
- honey for serving
In a large bowl, pour the Easy Bake mixture for the pancakes and the water and mix until well combined. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Add the lemon zest and blueberries to the mixture. Stir gently.
Add some butter in a non-stick pan and when it is hot enough, add two spoonfuls from the porridge. Bake until blisters form on the surface and turn on the other side.
Continue with the rest of the mixture.
Serve with extra fruits and honey.
