Cut the meat into pieces. Clean onions and carrots and cut into large pieces.
In a large saucepan, sauté the meat in some olive oil and, when browned, add onions and carrots.
Cook your meat for a while on high heat stirring occasionally. Cut the cabbage into large piececs and add it on the saucepan.
Add salt, pepper, smoked paprika and tomato puree.
Add 1/2 liter of water and simmer on low heat for 1½ to 2 hours.
